Located next door to Midwest Movement in Elkhorn, Midwest DOT is West Omaha’s newest stop for DOT and non-DOT physicals and drug screens.

We are passionate about making physicals and drug screens convenient, pleasant, and fast. You shouldn’t have to wait for hours to get your physical or testing done, and our goal is to bring the human element back to these services.

DOT Medical Exams

Our FMCSA-certified medical examiners can help keep you and your employees safe on the road.
Non-DOT Medical Exams

Not a commercial driver? No problem! We can do physicals for non-DOT employees to determine if any work restrictions need to be implemented.
Urine Drug Screens & Urinalysis

Urine tests can be used to screen for a variety of controlled substances. Urinalysis can also be performed to check for protein, blood, sugar, and other substances in urine.
Hair Follicle Testing

Hair follicle tests (HFT) can be used to screen for controlled substances, including extended opiate use. Hair tests can provide a greater history of drug use as compared to other methods.
Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)

Breath alcohol tests measure the amount of alcohol in the blood by testing exhaled air. Results are available immediately.
